Remembering a Treasure

We are devastated to learn that Lottie Cross has passed. Lottie was such a community treasure. She ran Clean Greens Farm and Market as well as the African American Business Directory and Black Dollar Days Taskforce. She was deaconess at New Hope Baptist Church. She was tireless, compassionate, and she had a terrific sense of humor. We were so fortunate to interview Lottie, in 2017, for the Shelf Life Community Story Project.
